“Nice restaurant within the b&b. The room could have done with a mirror in the bedroom area, and a long mirror. The only one availability was the one in the bathroom and it was impossible to use with a hairdryer/stylers. The bedside lights also did not work or flickered.”

“Great setting. Fabulous pub accommodation although few bathroom issues that were reported needing attention Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic food . Had both evening meal and breakfast . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return . Safe parking on site.”

“This is my go to stay when I’m in Stroud.Always enjoy my stay- rooms are comfortable and good is goodThe room however wasn’t cleaned properly- the mirrors and tv were covered in dust, the skirting boards weren’t clean and the bathroom floor and h CV others were a bit iffy!Walls need repainting and carpet was stained. Could go with an iron and more milk and sugarLoved the biscuits!”

“Stayed for 3 day break in September oldie worldly hotel. Could do with some general maintenace in the rooms, but comfortable bed and excellent shower. Food on offer very good. Hotel situated in quiet area. On the whole good value for money.”

“It was a lovely one night stay. Room and facilities were very comfortable. We had a problem with water in the flush but the staff sorted it out immediately. Breakfast was good. Plenty choice abd the hot cooked breakfast was decent in taste and portion. Overall recommend”
