Negative: Nothing. Two things to bear in mind: if you're someone who likes a toasty warm bathroom perhaps avoid going in the winter. The road leading to the hamlet where the property is located is narrow.

Beautifully finished converted chapel. Wonderful location. So peaceful and a little sun trap. Would certainly book again.
Negative:
It was perfect. Typical Cornish country lane approach from either end but so quiet had no issues.
Summary: Ideal hideaway but convenient for both Falmouthand Helston and of course the surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, cosy Reading Room 😊 The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We especially enjoyed the farm setting, with all the friendly animals adding to the charm of the place. It was a truly relaxing holiday👍🏻
