Positive: The room was cleaned daily in the afternoon, good for late risers. It was quiet in the hotel except for one afternoon and evening when a group of people were noisy inside their room. There is a table and two chairs to eat food from.
A safe is located inside the wardrobe. Coffee making facilities are available. The reception is manned from moring until late afternoon but guests are given a keyfob in order to access the hotel. For those shopping adicts, Big C is just a 5-10 minute walk away. For cat lovers, go visit the Maine Coone Cat Cafe, pics included. It's just a short walk away situated across the road and to the left. Customers can enter the cat room and play and feed the cats while sat on a comfy sofa.
Negative: Nothing to do with the hotel, but, even though the hotel is situated on a road away from the main road (Pattaya 3rd Road) there are sometimes, motorbikes riding around near the hotel in the early hours which may cause a little sleep disruption to those light sleepers. But for most, it's probably okay.
Summary: Great hotel in a convenient location.

Excellent location Excellent value for money.
Very good lady on reception every day. Very helpful and sorted out a couple of initial issues straight away. You always find out how good a property is once you get a problem and this was superbly sorted out straight away. This property is a budget value property and as such is excellent value for money. Thank you for a great stay
Negative:
First room given had the afternoon sun on it and air conditioning was not working very well. I was changed to another room straight away so is not a negative because it was sorted out straight away. A positive negative
Don't expect 5 star quality because this is a budget accomodation but with a more than adequate level of accomodation, great staff and great pool the property is excellent value for money

I payed for a family room but I had to pay for a second room so double money for which j could of stayed in a better more central hotel,pool was green alot of the time to but kids still liked it
