Summary: The inside of the property seemed clean but there were numerous ants we kept on killing by washing down the drain. The outside needed painting. The view was of a hillside.

Summary: Location to park entrance, local restaurants, and beautiful scenery was fantastic. Room was clean, A/C worked well (at 101 degrees outside), and once we figured out the secret decoder ring to get the TV & satellite to work, we had a great experience.

Summary: The front desk staff were polite and check-in was easy, parking right in front of the building. The property is extremely dated and poorly maintained. Worse than that, it’ll the room was dirty, not cleaned well after the previous occupant. The bathroom counter was sticky, obviously hadn’t been wiped down, which caused there to be ants everywhere for 2 of the 3 days. The room door had old Bandaids covering the peephole and the bathroom desperately needed to be mopped. The cleaning team also left a bag of trash on the table next to my belongings and forgot to refill the toilet paper.

Summary: We were able to stay in the cabin next to the office. It would be an ideal place for a family to stay. It is like a self-contained living space with full kitchen. Located close to the Sequoia National Park Foothills entrance and very convenient.

Summary: I read the reviews before booking, no surprises found knew what was getting beforehand. Happy with the stay. It was a comfy bed, yes bedding was older. Towels could have been better. If you leave food out you will get the attack of the piss ants. Its definitely a more affordable place vs others in areas. So keeping that in mind its a great place to stay if you are just bedding down for the night. Google reviews are pretty harsh for this place. It was not a disappointment at all. Definitely a pay for what you get. Staff was friendly. Amenities? Well micro and fridge in room. What else are you looking for? Its so close to south entrance of Sequioa NP and that makes it well worth the cost for me.

Summary: No staff on site until 3-9pm. No early checkins. Room had a dead roach in it. Towels are damp and smell funny. Good if you’re only staying one night just to rest your head.
