Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable and the property provided a floor fan and earplugs during the hot weather, several issues had a significant negative impact on our experience. The main entrance was left open 24/7, despite appearing capable of being secured, which did not create a particularly safe feeling. The stairwells also had very poor ventilation and a distinct unpleasant smell throughout our stay. Having now spent time in this part of Berlin, I would not choose this location again if traveling with my three young children. The surrounding area did not feel especially safe or family-friendly. The subway running directly outside the property was another major drawback. Due to the lack of air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open during very warm nights. Unfortunately, one of the room's windows could not be opened because it was marked as broken, making the room extremely hot, stuffy, and difficult to sleep in despite the fan. Parking was also a major frustration. There is no guest parking, and it regularly took 20–30 minutes to find a parking space. Even then, the walk back to the hotel was often more than 10 minutes through an area that did not always feel particularly safe during evenings and at night. Overall, I would not stay here again. Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return.

I like it.. Please try to keep families together and single people in different floors

The room was warm and spotless, loved the bathroom. It was unexpectedly quiet despite the train running below. But it was so convenient for us, with mobility issues to be able to jump on the train so close during our stay. Especially when you are back late at night.

So much better than expected!! so many food shops in the area and so much to do! There’s also a train station right outside which is very convenient. Beware of the no air con tho ! we were boiling!! There was a fan however

Transport links good, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby, beds very comfortable, bathroom excellent. Clean. Very small, no built in air con, but portable unit provided- the weather wasn't very hot (approx 21C) luckily otherwise would have been unbearably hot. Window wouldnt shut. Noisy in the day but surprisingly quiet at night so got a good nights sleep.

Did not understand the language but we were able to check in earlier

The area is scary for tourists. Photos show spaces that are not much real. Not suitable for 4 guests. Small spaces.
