For security and to prevent unauthorized parties, please be aware there is one camera on the property facing the entryway.
Absolutely NO PARTIES whatsoever. Violation of this rule may result in a $1,000 USD fine.
House Rules:
1. Strictly no smoking in the home. Violation of this rule may result in a $500USD fine.
2. No loud parties or gatherings allowed in the home, there are great neighbors who've been here for years, so respect for them is always appreciated.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons.
5. No Daily Maid service - While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Weekly maid service is available for an additional charge. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken off the property.
6. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
