“very cozy place with a VERY comfortable bed. Wonderful made to order breakfast included. Free parking. Less expensive than staying in Newport and very worth it. So easy to drive to Newport, find parking, and walk everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Try Reject beer Co. if you like beer and a good vibe. Would return!”

“I enjoyed my stay at The Sea Breeze Inn very much. It is family -run, and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well-located to the harbor area and Bellevue Ave. mansions of Newport and there are good restaurants in walking distance. My room was small but comfortable and had a small balcony. Breakfast (with good choices) is included. Michaela, my server ar breakfast, was pleasant and efficient. Overall a great stay!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze Inn. It was very clean and comfortable. The proprietors were very friendly and easy to talk to. The breakfast was very good with fresh cooked delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. We would recommend it to everyone.”
