Positive: Loved the villa I have no complaints about it! Very comfortable and relaxing something we needed. Loved that the beach was only about a 2 min walk.
Negative: The young lady security guard. The night we got in my son didn’t realize you couldn’t put shoes outside my fault for not saying something we drove for 12 hours to get there they got in the pool and about 9:00 someone was pounding on the door like it was the police! Scared me. There was no reason to pound on the door like that and she was rude and said read the paper I didn’t say anything because I was so tired that I just let it go. But it was so rude! Also the indoor pool was horrible smell and couldn’t breathe in there I was in there for maybe 30 mins and had to leave from the smell and felt like I was going to pass out ended up with a bad headache.
Summary: Loved the villa plan on booking again!

Negative: The unit is older and although there was some updates, it still needs a little work. There were dips in the floor and the beds were super uncomfortable. We woke up with back aches every day.

Nicely decorated. Clean. Contactless entry. Maintained grounds. The partial ocean and pool view from the balcony was very nice.
Negative:
Had a faint unpleasant smell. chipped drinking glasses. Only one small sauce pan to cook breakfast with. The beds were uncomfortable. One bathroom’s tub would not drain properly. The other bathroom’s overhead fan did not work. The dryer was full of sand, The air conditioner wouldn’t get cooler than 76:78 degrees.
