Summary: Staff was great and actually found a room that was blocked off for us after Expedia had a miscommunication and the St Clair did not have our reservation. Luckily the owner was inside and sat with his laptop and got us taken care of. Had he not been there we would not have had a room that we had a confirmation and paid for. Great place. Terrible customer service by Expedia!!

Summary: It was very difficult to get my things to the room. I had to park about a block away and take the stairs down to street level (no elevator), walking through pee smellong stairs past a homeless person. Then had to go up more stairs to my room (no elevator). This was very difficult for me with a bad back. The room was 65 degrees, and I received a message from the host not to touch the HVAC in CAPS. That seems like they're yelling at guests to keep the room cold. The room itself was nice, and the price was reasonable.
