We stayed several times here already. Let’s see why took 2 stars off our review. Staff were polite and professional. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was okay. But bathrooms are very small and hot water is not consistent in some units (we had to change unit few times). Gym is not very well maintained, most equipment are not functional. WhastApp messages were replied on time at first, but no response in the last two days. When we asked about delivery, sure it might be justified for them to ignore. But when we asked for a duvet because there was none in the new unit (São Paulo got a bit cold at night in winter, usually below 14 degrees and AC is not working), they seemed quite unhappy about it, both through non-response on WhatsApp and the man who delivered the duvet. Making sure guests can sleep without freezing is a basic expectation, so they could’ve been a little nicer. An apology would help tremendously.

If you are looking for standards akin to the U.S. this is not a 4*. I learned that maintenance is often lax here in general, and that was the case at this hotel. I’ll start by saying no cockroaches or spiders which is huge, but cleanliness was subpar. My room needed repainting. I used napkins and water to clean filthy light switches/railing, and the fridge smelled. The terrace was big and had nice furniture, but the door to it was half off its hinges requiring a hard slam to close, with the spiral staircase railing to it wobbly. The sauna is not operable, though I did see staff checking the pool chemicals. The elevators used to have room card activation, now not working, though front desk is manned. Power is expensive here so hall lights are motion activated, which means very dark hallway until you pass the activation sensor. Felt like they were trying hard to make breakfast nice. Kitchen room (microwave, larger fridge and sink) will get 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks/spoons with no means of washing them nor no kettle available (I asked). Having said all that, the price was very reasonable - fair for what was offered. Just dial down expectations.

Rooms are clean, quiet and organized. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Guilherme was awesome - what a great customer service.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was amazing . Guilherme, Marcelo and Paulo stood out in their service and dedication . For late flyers out of São Paulo, the option to have your luggage stored is excellent

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)
