Nice quiet rooms added on next to the pub. Not sure why, but they weren’t serving food in the evening: worth checking beforehand if you are planning on eating there. Easy walk to the station for trains to Birmingham or the airport/NEC.

The staff are friendly and helpful

You get what you pay for. Wi-Fi connection was out of order during my whole stay. TV not working due to Internet issues. Breakfast started serving at 8am which had to be pre-booked. Small and compact room. Nice staff and nice to have the bar and broadcasting of football games

Train station being close is about the only good thing this place has to offer. You have to make it past the bar with a bunch of rowdy drunks talking trash to you just to check in. Whoever took the pictures for this place deserves a raise. The room is tiny. The mattress is old. The bathroom is gross. The carpet is gross. Was woken up at 2 am by a guy pounding on the door next to us begging someone to let him in. This went on for about 15 minutes the first night. There is no security lock on the door. There’s not a decent place to eat near by. You can stay virtually anywhere else for the same or better price. If you have a family. Absolutely do not stay here.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, pet friendly, room was clean and basic could of done with new mattresses as could feel springs, bathroom could do with bit revamping as black mould on grouting in shower looked very tired, but I would stay here again no problem great little place

The room was spotless. the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. There was a bit of noise outside on occasion but not any fault of the Inn. One thing they could improve on is: our window was quite draughty and a cold breeze kept blowing on my face. Also there would be less noise from the outside. But great overall.

The hotel is very tired and not very salubrious clientele in the pub. Its good value for money beijg close to the NEc Biggest issue though was no pillow protectors although the sheets and pillow cases were clean, it was a bit ick. Staff were nice If you can afford a bit more,stay somewhere else would be my recommendation ors on the staibed pillows and

We were late to our check in due to a delayed flight, and was after the 10pm cut off, but staff was more than accomodating to allow to to check in later than stated. Our stay was very good, the ability to shower if needed was welcome, and able to make our own cup of tea was very much welcomed too, as we only need a room to stay overnight, it was more than fit for purpose, thank you.

We stayed there on Saturday night had a great time in the pub our beds where nice and clean the staff were fabulous however the room itself need updating for the price we paid as it is spoiling the rest of the experience it’s fine just to get ur head down and aren’t in a couple
