The Sunflower Cottage is an upstairs unit on a private 1-acre property in downtown San Marcos. Walk 5–15 minutes to restaurants, shops, and groceries. It features a king bed, two queens, large couches, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Guests have shared access to the screened pool and hot tub (pool unheated; hot tub heats during pool hours).
