“I’ve been to Niagara Falls three times, in a different hotel near the falls each time, and this one is definitely the best. The view from our room on the 27th floor was superb, clear views of both the Horseshoe and American Falls. As well as the great view, the room itself was spacious and very clean and quiet. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and would book again if I’m here again.”

“Hotel was fine. Clean, and average price but breakfast at IHOP was priced ridiculous. Bacon, eggs, toast and a coffee over $100 (including tip).”

“When we arrived and checked in the staff was not very helpful in explaining where our room was etc. He did explain that they do not provide daily house keeping. There is not the typical upscale amenities you would expect. We went next door to the Hyatt to have a drink etc.”
