The Ultimate Beachfront Getaway S702 4 | Condo in Townsite, Oceanside

Excellent location, property in great condition, well stocked with cooking equipment, property manager was available and communicative. However, the refrigerator/freezer was broken and had been for some time. A small temporary refrigerator had been moved in, but it was not sufficient for our needs, so maintenance brought dry ice to use in the broken one. Elevator in the building did not work.

This is such an increcible place! Absolutely beautiful view with a great floor plan. My family and i had a wonderful stay! Five stars ... for sure!!!

The rental is a little bit tired. Depending on how much you pay, you might expect more. Shower heads dont stay up (nothing better than a nice shower after a day on the beach - but hard to do this with the shower head falling on the floor - in 3 of the bathrooms). Toilet paper holders all broken & huge holes in the walls where they have been fixed again & again. Small issues which can be easily fixed. Microwave above the stove doesn’t work - so no hob light or extraction fan. Not a single lamp in the main living room so the lighting system makes you feel like an airport runway and like a fish bowl where everyone can look inside. Would be useful to have some down lighting in the main living room. Nothing on offer for the beach - No chairs, toys for kids, bodyboards, bat & ball etc, which is strange given the “great for families” selling point. Overall, good location for the beach, sunsets, dolphin watching etc. Inside a little tired.

The view was spectacular as were the sunsets. Enjoyed watching people walking with their dogs.

Clean property, easy check-in/out experience, right on the beach - exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with the view, and the awesome panoramicwindows that opened on both sides of the living/dining space to allow the fresh air and sounds of the ocean into the room with us. The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable. A little TLC might be needed for the outdoor furniture, BBQ and firepit. The local management company was responsive and quick to follow up with our requests. ❤️

The home is very clean and always has everything needed. Even if we have to contact management for anything they are quick to help. This is our second year and we plan to go back for a third one.

Had a great beach right out front with sand volleyball, perfect for hanging out with friends and staying near the beach while keeping all the amenities of home. The rooftop hot tubs were great and a chill way to enjoy the sound of the waves and the lovely ocean breezes. The kitchen was well supplied with the basics and kept us from having to go find food elsewhere. Our favorite feature was the wall to wall glass doors. Opening them wide for a breeze or just a bit to keep the soundscape of the waves crashing nearby as we shared coffee and conversation.I would definitely recommend this unit for families or groups looking to enjoy the beach, the area, or to just get away from the daily grind.-Corey

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year in a row at this property, so obviously we really enjoy it. But, this year we noticed that things needed attention. When we arrived the disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor fire pit all had pieces that need to be replaced . Some pots and pans we're missing as well. Can openers didn't work. We called for assistance and the maintenance man they sent was wonderful. He did his best to fix everything he could. We actually saw him on his day off and he took the time to text his manager to verify the washing machine was going to be fixed. He went above and beyond in our opinion. Unfortunately, the washing machine and fire fit were not fixed when we left. Mashing machine company was called and they no showed on us. Not sure if fire pit company was ever contacted. Covid has created difficulties for everyone so I want to acknowledge that as I write this review. We have some wonderful memories of our time spent here.

The condo was so clean and the kitchen well stocked. The panoramic view was amazing!! We had to get a few random things and the staff quickly responded. The room for the kids, 10, 9 and 6 was perfect. 3 separate beds that they used and of course made a great fort. Our 18 month old slept with his folks in the king bedroom next door.The 2 car underground parking and the off site office parking worked perfectly. Very limited sun but couldn't have had a better home for our vacation.
