“While the room etc were good, it was not obvious to me from the booking that there was no breakfast available. How can it be a 3 star hotel with no breakfast? The website needs to make this blatantly obvious, not for people to have to notice there is no mention of food.”

“I was happy that I was allowed to check in 1 hour early.
Unfortunately that is where the positives end, the villa express feels like a very tired hotel. Broken fixtures and fittings, dead flies in the light fittings and no soap in either of the 2 dispensers in the en-suite. cleanliness was an issue especially in the bathroom, I will not be returning”

“The property rated highly for cleanliness. However I found the property to be quite run down, not as clean as I’d have expected and overall poor in presentation- threadbare is how I’d describe it. An example is that the TV remote to a very small TV did not work and was sticky. I went to get new AA batteries from reception but they had only oneAAA battery. They didn’t offer to obtain any more. It was not what I expected from the reviews and how it was presented. ”
