Summary: This hotel was right on the beach so we enjoyed our time on the beach. I wish checkout time wasn’t so early - 10am! The lady at the front desk said we could stay until 12 for an extra fee. Also the beds were just ok, not very comfortable. It had a little cooktop in the room which was nice!

Summary: Our room was mostly clean but had a lot of sand on the floors when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and heavy blankets. I appreciated having a starter pack of coffee available. Location is fantastic!
The main complaint was the level of noise from other guests. There’s a central courtyard with picnic tables and some guests were outside partying very loudly into the early morning hours. Management staff did not address the issue even though they live onsite and undoubtedly heard the noise. We got very little sleep. Overall, I doubt I will return to this property.

Summary: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially given the price. My husband and I originally booked the non-refundable stay, but he unexpectedly had to travel to Europe for work, so I brought our two children instead. I was surprised to be told at check-in that I would be charged extra simply because my children were staying in the room instead. We did not change rooms or request any additional services.
The room was also lacking basic amenities—there was no body wash or soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner, and we were only provided two washcloths. The pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it.
The biggest issue was the noise. The guests above us were extremely loud, waking us repeatedly around 10:30 PM through midnight and again around 4 AM. I contacted the front desk on the second night, but the noise and banging actually became worse afterward, to the point that our room was shaking. We were so exhausted that we checked out before 8 AM just to get home.
The location is nice, but we didn't find it any quieter than another motel we usually stay at nearby that is closer to the pier and a better value. Given that it was a weekday during the off-season, I was disappointed that we weren't given a quieter room, especially with two young children. Overall, I don't feel the experience justified the higher price, and we'll likely stay elsewhere next time.

Summary: The staff clearly cares about the property and maintains it. We were missing a couple thing when we arrived after hours, but the staff came back to take care of our needs! Parking was a bit tight, but we made it work. Great view and beach access.
