Summary: Spotless, with comfy bed and a bar fridge well stocked with fine wine, pale ale and cider - rare at this price these days. Perfect end to a hot day on the road. Wonderful, leafey location - the Warburton I remember. Managers are switched on, friendly and fun. Loved the stay and my lady and I will be back.

Summary: No on site staff. No aircon. Toaster and microwave, plates, cutlery etc in communal open air kitchen subject to bugs. Price nearly double what comparable accommodation sells for.
