Summary: I specifically selected this hotel because of the convenience of being close to the Rose Bowl for a concert we were attending. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked up to the check-in counter the hotel employee informed me that their computer system was having issues. He said there would be a 2 hour delay in being able to check me in to our 2 rooms. I was not happy about that! Thank goodness they were able to get my guests & I checked into our assigned rooms after I told them that checking in later was not an option. I really appreciated their effort in expediting a solution. They got us checked in right away.

Summary: Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would be happy to stay here again!

Summary: We were in town for a memorial and this hotel was a convenient and comfortable place to rest and recharge. We enjoyed having a drink in the nice bar and outdoor space. The valet was quick and helpful, and relatively inexpensive compared to other hotels.
