Excellent experience.
Frankly, my wife and I stayed here because it was the only room we could find available in the area. My first concern was the distance from the highway. This, however, was not an issue. The road is in great shape, you can cruise around 60 mph most of the way. Only the last half mile is unpaved and its not bad. Altogether, a wonderful drive. We were met at the main lodge by David, who was an outstanding host. Very pleasant and accommodating, he offered us the guest room in the lodge. The lodge was comfortable and clean, in the style you would expect in a Montana B&B. Breakfast was outstanding, the conversation was good, and grounds were in top shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Wild Game Inn to anyone, and hope someday to return.
