Positive: The whole experience was great. Music at night on the stage, foods, drinks, bar tenders, Ismail at the shop was fantastic, he went overboard to help me out.
Negative: Had to call reception 2 times to clean the room.
Summary: Best hotel there in Belek

Positive: Overall, the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the overall atmosphere.
Negative: The biggest disappointment was the food. There were very few beef or lamb options, and turkey was served very frequently. The menu was quite repetitive, so after a few days the meals became boring. We would have appreciated more variety in the meat dishes.
Summary: A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, but the food needs more variety.

Excellent all inclusive experience with modern facilities, very clean rooms, great food variety, and friendly staff. The pools, beach access, and family friendly atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. The hotel felt luxurious and well organised throughout our stay.

Very little to complain about. At peak times some areas were busy, but overall the experience was excellent and well managed.

Everything was wonderful: the hotel, the staff, the service, the restaurants. I highly recommend spending all your holidays at this hotel. It was an unforgettable experience, and we hope to return again and again. Thank you to everyone, especially Aysegul and Dincer. There was also a person wearing glasses at reception; I didn't ask his name, but he was very helpful with everything related to hotel services.
