Positive: We really loved the location, everything was perfect, and we felt wonderful. We felt right at home.
Negative: As feedback, I would add that there is a big need for a full-length mirror.
There were five of us, and the fifth person had to sleep in the living room on a non-extendable sofa, which wasn’t very comfortable.
We were two families: one with a 10-year-old child and one without children. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and is spacious. There’s a large area that, in my opinion, isn’t fully utilized—if there were an option for an extra bed, it would have been much more comfortable for us with the child.
Other than that, we loved everything. The staff was very friendly ☺️.

Positive: Superb stay! The design of the house and property was so well and beautifully done. Outside the house there are many places where you can sit with Sun / Shadow. The private pool, cleaning all was really good. We stayed at the big house en we loved it. We could do surfing every day as the thermic wind starts around 1 pm. The wind is very welcoming in the summer heat also if you do not like surfing. When you are at the house you just feel the breeze of the wind as the house is lower. In front of the house you can swim and there are 2 places with lifeguards.
We recommend to rent bikes/ car. We rented bikes to go to lefkada town and do grocery shopping.[10min by bike] The car we used for sightseeing.
The location of Thines villas is beautifull and so quiet and less tourism and you can see sunset everyday. Everytime we went home we wete soooo happy with our place. Also many restaurants in walking distance.
Also the owners of the house were so kind and lovely and always there to help.
We love to come back!!

I wish we had found this place earlier so we could have had more nights here. What a place!!! It is spectacular. Close to beach. The owner met us and gave us a tour. We were far too early, but we were allowed to hang by the pool. The cleaning was spotless. The kitchen had everything you need and in the right amount. Coffee maker and coffee. Water and a bottle of wine. Dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were so comfortable. Nice quiet AC. A BBQ to use. Lots of nice seating areas and loungers by the pool.
Negative:
Not that many restaurants in the area, but there are enough. And the kitchen is great. The beach is great for surfing, gliding. I would recommend your own car.
Careful with the steps leading to the house. In the bright sun, the contrast of the steps are a bit hard to see.

Well maintained with the kitchen / facilities stocked with all you need for a short or long stay: plenty of cups, glasses, cutlery & crockery for 2 folk. Oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.
Outside the pool is a good size with lots of sunbathing & seating options alongside a built-in BBQ (with tools).
Owners / staff were friendly & approachable with nice touches like a welcome pack of local produce and a similar departing gift. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay as wonderful as possible Thanks you again Poppy & Yannis.
Negative:
Although a wonderful property it is open to viewing from various directions. So if you want privacy then maybe not for you. However, the property’s benefits outweighed this concern for us….

Everything! Everything on property was well-thought and we had everything for an excellent break. The hosts are easy to approach and were answering all of our queries. We received a welcome basket and a good bye gift with traditional goods. We loved it!
Negative:
We liked everything and that’s why we can only recommend few things:
- a hose where you can wash off the sand of yourself once you return from the beach
- a mesh to clean the pool from the bugs that fell during the night. The kids would love it
- and a shade for the cars

The villa is beautifully designed. It is clean, comfortable and well equipping. It is easily accessible and close to a beautiful beach. It has a parking, a big private pool and an incredible outdoors BBQ set up which we used and loved. Popi was very welcoming and gifted us with local olive oil, wine and honey.
Negative:
We enjoyed everything. We took the small villa, as there is a bigger villa available. The only thing I would change would be the location of the shower. Since the guest sleeping downstairs, have to use the upstairs shower. But it really doesn't matter that much. We loved our stay.
