With heating and cooling throughout, comfort is assured year-round.

Two central bathrooms, one on each level, service the home with ease and convenience.
Outdoors, a secure and fully enclosed yard makes this property ideal for families and those travelling with one well-behaved dog (subject to approval). A double garage provides secure parking and added peace of mind.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks, hens and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
