Summary: What a delightful little property. Very close to the Spirit of Tasmania and just half a block from the river. Good meals at the pub across the street and local supermarket, butcher etc a short walk away. Comfortable bed and a good shower. The washing machine is a welcome touch. Cleaners didn't empty the kitchen bin and the WiFi was unreliable, the only 2 complaints.

Summary: Had a great stay at Tiny Tom! Quiet location, onsite parking, and so well appointed. Love the mini-kitchenette with a stove top which made cooking super easy. Modern appliances and bathroom, comfortable bed and great WiFi. Would absolutely stay again!

Summary: One of my best stops of the trip... its on the east side of davenport but there is a cool passenger ferry that takes you over to the west during working hours. I love the apartment and walking the river to the beach. There is even a restaurant and bottle shop less than a block away. Used the washing machine to do my clothes and dried them on the provided rack outdoors, all soaps and softener were in supply along with tea. Lots of pillows and a very comfortable bed.

Summary: Great little self contained unit. Nice design with good attention to detail. Well stocked with a good variety of snacks / food, which was a bonus. Cute cosy private outdoor courtyard. Comfortable stay. Loved the bedding. Slept well. Locale was not very central. But it is opposite a pub and walking distance to a local supermarket.
