“Although the staff were mostly able to speak English, many of the signs were only in Japanese. This included the instructions on the toilet and the kettle. Google came to the rescue and translated whatever we needed. The restaurant staff were very helpful and even gave us a tour of the extensive buffet the first evening. The buffet food was delicious and plentiful. Our room was twice as big as we expected, which was a nice surprise! I wonder if we accidentally reserved a suite, which would certainly account for the high price. 🤔 There was a bedroom and separate living room, each with its own flat-screen television. The air-conditioning worked well, as did the remote control for the room lights, which provided good lighting. The bathroom was big, too, and like the living room it had windows looking out on the sea.”

“Great hotel to stay at in Toba. Location is close to the train station as well as other activities including the Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Toba Aquarium. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a variety of food at the buffets and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others. ”
