Positive: I appreciate it the personal service and attention I received when I called about an issue. The host worked very hard to find a solution.
I really like the location next to the new train and bus station and tge metro. I appreciate the extremely friendly cleaning staff, size of the room and the spectacular cleanliness of the whole building.
Negative: The pictures for the room I booked did not clearly show the size of the balcony, which was too small for a chair and table for us to enjoy a glass of wine together.
Summary: Great value and service

Positive: Excellent stay! The building is brand new, modern, and exceptionally clean. The host was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, situated in a quiet area while still being only a 15-minute walk from the main street, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommended!
Negative: The view from the window wasn’t the best, but it didn’t really matter as we were out most of the time shopping and exploring. Closing the roller shutter solved it anyway. 😊
Summary: Excellent stay, great host, spotless room, and a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city!

Positive:
Very good experience overall. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and quick to help. The hotel and room were very clean, everything looked new, and the room was nicely prepared for our family.
We appreciated the kitchenette, water, coffee capsules and the extra towels. There is no private parking, but we easily found free parking on the street nearby.
Would happily stay again.

Positive:
I stayed 1 week and honestly, everything was absolutely fabulous. The property feels brand new, is exceptionally clean, and has such a fresh and pleasant smell throughout. I’m not even sure you could find a property of this quality in the center of Thessaloniki
A special thank you to Kostas, the hotel manager, who was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly and made the whole stay incredibly easy and comfortable.
The location is also fantastic. Getting here from the airport is super easy — just one bus and a few stops, and you’re there. There are two metro stations within about a 3-minute walk, plus supermarkets, laundry facilities, and free parking nearby, which made everything very convenient.
I also want to mention Maria from housekeeping, who was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The room was cleaned extremely well, and her attention to detail was excellent.
Overall, I would definitely rate as a 5-star experience. Fantastic property, excellent cleanliness, great location, and wonderful staff.
Definitely a 5-star property. I’ll be back! Highly recommended
Summary: Absolutely fantastic stay — feels like a true 5-star property
