Town House Inn | Hotel in Jackson, Missouri

“It was a cute little place with a nice little kitten with regular stove, microwave & good size refrigerator. Didn’t have plastic ware or dishes but did have coffee and the pot.”

“Adequately comfortable ”

“Great owners ”

“The room was amazing clean and no problems ”

“The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck. There was a refrigerator and microwave and stove. That was appreciated. The beds were very hard and to the point, we didn't sleep very well. The place obviously had been cleaned, though so it was okay for the night we stayed.”

“owner could not speak english enough to understand and charged my credit card when i was supposed to be able to pay cash”

“Yes”

“Staff , room and sparkling pool were outstanding ”

“Upon arrival, the room I was given had problems: there were cockroaches scurrying about in the kitchenette area. Plus the room smelled like a smoker's room, even though the room sign stated it was smoke free. Not a good way to start! I went to the on-site manager and explained, and to his credit, he was very accommodating. He gave me another room, and it was better: no roaches, no smoke smell. The bed mattresses had zippered mattress protectors (good! bed bed prevention) and the shower was very good: ample hot water, good water pressure. For the budget price I paid (about $68), this hotel was acceptable.”

“The staff member Tim was very friendly and nice. ”
