Summary: River , mountain and bay views on 3 sides. Easy access to Cygnet, other bays, Beautiful countryside and farms, Huon valley and Bruny Island. Observation of birds and animals around the garden. Warm wood fire. Easy access to owner if required. Layout of the house. Very relaxing, comfortable, quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Ability to meander along the foreshore.
