“Stayed for a week wanted a suite but got a king. Shower flooded. Noisy day shift stay were super rude.”

“Strip club right across the street if you’re into that kind of thing. A lot of homeless in the area. Great place for a work trip.”

“Clean room and restroom as a 2 star motel. But the room has the old room smell. The ACs are very loud, though they still work for cooling the room. Check in and check out is easy.”

“Bed was terrible and staff choose to talk to other staff members instead of helping”

“This place was just horrible. The only good things is that the bed is comfortable, the tv set is modern and has streaming apps and there are restaurants and gas stations within a short drive / walk. Bad: *the room, towels and bedsheets felt filthy despite looking relatively clean at first. *Furniture is damaged and graffiti covered *I almost slipped in the shower as there were 3 thin tiny strips meant to be an anti slip surface. *Parking lot is small and there were several times where guests would take up 2 spots or drive a big SUV that would make it difficult to park in the next spot over. *Lot of shady looking people hanging around in blacked out SUVs, Teslas, and sports cars. *A/C is very loud and uses Celsius. *They didn't include a ”Do Not Disturb” sign in the room. I went to the front desk to ask for one, but the old Asian male with shaved head kept saying that I was asking for a ”broom sweep”. I tried saying it again but he then gave me a blank look, as if I was speaking gibberish. I took a picture of a sign nearby to show him what I was talking about, be he deliberately ignored me and stared at his computer. A maintenance worker eventually helped me get one. *No sound proofing, so you can hear and feel everyone walking by with their screaming kids while laughing or cussing. *The surrounding area is not a safe area, especially at night. *Internet speed is terrible and unstable. *Bugs got in the room several times. Seriously, just avoid this motel at all costs.”

“The gentleman that was at the desk wasn't really you can't say friendly but just didn't really say much. Would have been nice A little conversation”

“They don’t have enough switches ”

“we booked a suite - it stank so badly of cigarette smoke that we had to change rooms - they had no more suites so we got downgraded to a regular room. We asked Hotels.com to contact the hotel to confirm we changed rooms and refund me the difference but no luck so far.”

“Room was clean and staff was readily available despite my late check in. The room's AC didn't work well but other than that it was a good stay overall”
