Amazing lake views from our patio! Open the patio door and enjoy the swans, ducks, geese, and turtles! You are just a few steps away from the lake, babbling brook, walking trail, fishing dock, and nature.
Our community has a paved walking trail around the lake that is 1 mile long. It is gated so only the lakefront communities have access to the trail. Along the trail there are benches, fishing docks, waterfalls, rock fountains, a cool wooden bridge and lots of waterfowl. It is great for a quick jog in the morning or a leisurely stroll in the evening.
We have new tennis/pickle ball courts (and we provide the tennis equipment in the condo!). A brand new hot tub was just completed in March!
Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.

There is a limit of 5 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 5 people. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
