“It was under construction, the rooms are much smaller than they look it’s great for couples but I would not book for a family trip. There is was no microwave or coffee maker in the room, they definitely do not offer breakfast and the pool closes super early. The hallways looked nice though, we did have an issue with our room there was problems with the shower, sink and tv they were however very nice about it and they were able to give us a different room. The security deposit was $250 and that actually cost more than the few nights we stayed. The property is definitely not as nice as it looks in the pictures but for the cost of the room it wasn’t too bad.”

“Front desk staff is awesome and the housekeeping people including the maintenance man are also amazing need to work on the upper management but it should not affect your stay highly recommend convenient newer hotel close to the airport another amenities Buffalo recommends it”

“Room was great. Elevator still broken from last time I was there. Front desk “Manager” was extremely rude and was absolutely the reason for 2 stars. (I should give 1 but the other employees there are all great!!) Now their Deposits are $200. Every guest gets penalized for degenerates stealing towels and other things from rooms? That’s really crappy.”

“The front entrance was under construction. That did not affect our stay. Very clean hotel, inside and out. Great pool area, close to the airport and not too far from the beaches.”
