“Couldn’t find anything remotely affordable in Fayetteville for family weekend, so found the perfect excuse to stay and ride from here! Perfect space for me and the wife. Only nit I could pick would be that I’d wish the beeps on the gate keypad could be turned off. Since our door is right by the main gate, we could hear everyone entering. ”

“Perfectly situated minutes from from trailheads and an easy 30 minute ride in to town. Pizza and liquor store across the street. The unit was exceptionally clean quiet and well stocked with all you need for a great vacation. I will definitely be back and will enthusiastically recommend to my friends.”

“I had a few issues during my stay, the most irritating was addressed very quickly by management. We weren't able to resolve the issue, but I managed to get some sleep by closing the bathroom door to eliminate the clanging vent hood noises. The place was pretty clean upon arrival but I do think some attention to the bathroom was needed. Appliances were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. It would be nice to have a dresser or somewhere to put your clothing. Great location with a pizza place, Subway, and liquor store all right across the street. I was very comfortable there.”

“Made a last minute booking here to get away for the weekend to get in some biking. Incredible price and a great central location in the Bentonville/Bella Vista area.
Property was immaculate. The communication with the management company was the best I have experienced with a VRBO booking. I would highly recommend this property.”

“The property was very nice and clean. I think its only several months old. Great location right above a bike shop. We stayed in a room that looked out front, but I noticed some of the other rooms had balconies and looked out over the bike trail right behind the building.
There's a great pizza place across the street -- We ate there twice.
Nice little kitchen with microwave, small fridge, sink and coffee maker. Dishes, cups and silverware are also provided.
Towels were super thick and soft.
A little bit of street noise and the AC kept cycling on and off. So we went to Walmart and bought a small floor fan to have a constant "white noise" going in the background while we slept.
Our only real issue was with the mattress. It was VERY firm. Reminded me of being a kid and sleeping on the floor at a friends house.
I would stay there again - but hopefully on a different mattress!”
