Ioannina, Greece: your quietly stylish city stay
Twelve Studios places you in central Ioannina, with easy access to Zosimea Library of Ioannina, Castle of Ioannina, and Cathedral Church of Agios Athanasios. This aparthotel keeps you close to the city’s everyday rhythm while offering a quieter base to return to after a day out. Mountain views and a balcony add a sense of place from the start, so the stay feels connected to the city rather than separated from it. Inside, the studios are set up for longer stays and unhurried mornings. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a fridge, a stovetop, kitchenware, and a coffee machine, along with a dining area and seating space. A flat-screen TV, free Wifi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, a private bathroom with a shower, and a hair dryer help the apartment-style layout feel practical and comfortable. A terrace extends the living space where available, giving you another spot to pause with the view. Around the property, the pace stays straightforward. Guests can make use of airport transfers or arrange a car rental service, and parking is available on site. The garden offers a calm place to slow down between plans, while features like elevator access, heating, soundproof rooms, and free Wifi in all areas support an easy arrival and a low-fuss stay. Twelve Studios is also an adults-only property with express check-in and out, which keeps the experience simple from the moment you arrive. For travelers who want central access, self-contained space, and a grounded stay in Ioannina, it leaves a clear, memorable impression.

Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good Location, very clean room, everything is new and beautiful. Calm area, close to everything.
Negative: First of all, there is huge problem with WiFi. They have it Free for anyone, so it just doesn't work at all..
About room, I expected to have the one with sofa, as I saw at the pictures, but unfortunately our room was just with a bed and small table.
Lack of kettle was inappropriate for such price. Especially that they offer tea, but where to get hot water?
In Bathroom you have to add curtain because all water goes to floor and toilet. Everything else in bathroom was nice.
And the last was Parking. That was the only reason why we booked this place. However they have only 2 spots and if you don't find them free (what happened to us), then you have to go to another parking. However if at near parking they don't have place, you have to search for parking by yourself... So I felt like being deceived about parking situation and had stress all the time.. I dont want to hurt your feelings but maybe you should explain Parking system before people make a reservation.
Wish you all the best, we still loved it in your town.
Summary: Good, but could be better ❤️

Positive:
Location was convenient and the place was clean.
Negative:
Unclear where to park. Not exactly a "stocked" kitchen -- it was not a workable kitchen. Stove didn't work, and it looked mostly for show with one pan and a pot but no real cutlery or other utensils. Not really possible to cook a meal here.
Summary: Good location. Spacious but sparse unit.

Positive:
The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean and in a convenient location. Arrangements for checking in were smooth with good communication from owners.
Negative:
The kitchen was poorly equipped - one dinner plate, no bowl, no knives-
so that it was difficult to prepare a meal. The air conditioners did not work and it was quite hot weather so we had to open windows at night , however the location is noisy from nearby bars until late , so needed to have windows shut.
Summary: Modern apartment in good
