The first floor has 3 bedrooms, including one with a balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The interior is functionally furnished, with separate work areas.

The apartment is located in a quiet, green district of Italy. You are just a 5-minute walk from Kotanski Park, and 2.2 km away is the sprawling Szczęśliwicki Park with a year-round ski slope. In the neighborhood you will find numerous stores and eateries that will make everyday life easier. The location is well connected to the rest of the city.
