Overall a really lovely hotel, staff were great very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. It is in a great location for walking up Snowdon. The only thing I would say is the bathrooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment. The room was also very small, the bed was almost to big for the room. The breakfast also offered as part of the package was only continental which isn't clear when you book. If you want anything cooked at breakfast, that is an extra cost.
Staff were excellent and room was clean and comfortable, continental breakfast was good , variety of food on offer . The evening meal was outstanding and they have good wines and beers in tap .
