“Really good spot and really helpful host”

“The floors on the upper levels of the house were noticeably sloped, to the point where it was impossible not to notice while walking around, and the toilet flush on the middle floor was not working properly. All of the bedroom doors were fitted with self-closing mechanisms, which made it difficult to keep the rooms ventilated. The rooms on the top floor, in particular, felt quite stuffy. We also felt that the bedrooms had not been cleaned thoroughly, as there was a noticeable amount of dust throughout the property. The kitchen was quite dusty as well, which gave the impression that the house had not been cleaned to a high standard before our arrival. The neighbourhood was also very noisy, and we were woken up by the rubbish collection truck at around 7 a.m. The location is excellent, but unfortunately there were too many drawbacks for us to fully enjoy our stay.”
