UH Suite The Coex | Hotel in COEX

Excellent place to stay with family or friends. Love the style of the hotel. Very calming and safe. Love the shampoo and conditioner that they provide. Smell so good and clean for my hair after washing. Taylor were very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcoming. We will definitely come back to UH suite the Coex. Thank you, Taylor!!

Stayed as a group of 6 ranging in age from 7 - 75 years old and stayed for a total of 3 nights. This hotel is very stingy with their amenities. They allowed us to borrow 2 universal chargers. When asked for extra, we were told the max was 2 per room, even though we were a party of six. We requested for extra pillows and again were told the max was 2. Then at checkout, they tried to charge us for those extra pillows. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The shower glass was frosted but you could see everything, so even though we had two showers, we showered one at a time. I would not recommend this hotel.

Comfortable stay, rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean and overall feeling was luxurious - pillows were not that comfortable tho. Super convenient location. The spa was a nice touch. There’s no housekeeping services (but fresh towels and bottles of water are provided every day and the trash is taken out for you) and there’s no security so if that’s an issue for you be mindful

Everything was great. From clean rooms, comfortable hot tub, friendly and helpful staff and even free laundry service.

The staff was extremely attention and responsive. Communication is on point and the complimentary laundry presents a bonus point which is much appreciated. The staff also helped us secure an airport transfer arrangement during one of the big holidays in Korea. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at UH Suite Coex from 26 Dec to 2 Jan. The room itself was amazing — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. However, considering the price paid and the fact that we were staying on the 7th floor, several operational issues significantly affected our experience. Throughout our stay, the lift broke down multiple times, and construction was still ongoing, which was inconvenient. One major issue was the confusing and inconsistent communication regarding the laundry service. We were clearly informed that the laundry drop-off cut-off time was 12am, but when we went down at 11pm+, our laundry was rejected. This resulted in us having to carry our laundry back up via the stairs late at night, which was extremely tiring and frustrating. On our check-out day, there was no staff at the reception at all. We had no choice but to leave our key cards unattended on the table, with no one around to assist or acknowledge our check-out. I would also like to caution guests who plan to use the laundry service — our clothes were mixed with other guests’ laundry, and several Heattech items went missing. This caused significant inconvenience during winter, and we had to repurchase essential clothing during our stay. While the room quality was excellent, the service coordination, communication, and overall management need serious improvement, especially given the price point.

Hotel is quite new and interior is nice. Our room also comes with a spa feature. The room and towels are cleaned/changed daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
