“The gentleman who checked me in was exceptional. He was professional, kind, and put extra effort into making sure my stay was good. The hotel is in very bad shape. There were white stains at the front center of the chair in my room, the bathroom was clean, the carpets were disgusting and it was very obvious that the door to my room had been broken down at some time and repaired poorly. I didn't want to eat the breakfast because the hotel looked so rundown.”

“The 2 queen beds room is large. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I did not suffer back pain upon getting up. The AC is functioning well. There is an ice maker and the ice is free for the guests. Breakfast is decent. The staff are cordial and helpful. Furthermore location is very close to both I-5 N and S.”

“I was unable to stay at this property. My husband is in a wheelchair and there is no elevator. We were rapidly booked at a sister property. The staff was excellent.”

“Nice to allow late check in (called in just to be sure). Clean room, air condition working and hot breakfast was nice. We got a room on 3rd floor so need to climb stairs. Didn’t carry luggage hence was ok but could be an issue if you can’t climb the stairs. We didn’t check if they have elevators or not as it was late. Overall nice to stay for a night.”

“True that it is an older Hotel but our stay was still nice. Great service and the area was good. I dont think they had an elevator that I noticed as we were directed towards stairs. Breakfast was nice - hot options were sausage, eggs, waffles, toast and there was hot water for oatmeal and the other regular offerings. We were there only for 1 night. I would stay here again if I was driving through.”

“Nice hotel close to Wildlife safari Quick check in and out Breakfast was nice we had waffles and yogurt Bed was comfortable and a/c kept room cool. Would definitely stay here again. All works were nice ”
