Unique Stays - 4119 St-Denis | Apartment in Plateau Mont Royal

Nice room in the heart of the action rue SaintDenis but steep stairway from the street to the first floor and nobody to help with luggage: not good for older people. Fortunately passersby took pity on us and helped us taking the suitcase down the stairs!

The neighborhood is wonderful, the terrace really great, the communication was excellent, but most importantly, what most surprised me, was how thoughtfully the place was equipped. While staying in Montreal I injured my fingers and was delighted to find a first aid kit that had everything I needed. The kitchen also had everything I could want (I prepared meals), I appreciated the amount of expresso coffee capsules, the toiletries, the good quality siscors, etc. I will come back!

The staff was very responsive and kind when helping resolve issues, and check in/out was very smooth. I love the location since it's right on Saint Denis and only a few blocks from the metro! The central AC was a lifesaver during the humid summer, and I always felt relaxed and relieved everytime I came back to my room. I loved that there was a kitchenette with all the cooking supplies you'd need--I was able to make most of my meals this way which is awesome. Everything in the room was modern and worked as expected. Whenever I come back to Montréal, I'd definitely stay here again!

Great apartment and great location!

This studio was like brand new. There’s not a mark on the walls or anywhere in the unit. The property is extremely well located with tons of things to do, restaurants, shops. The temperature in the unit was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect. We loved it.

Clean, modern & fresh room in a great area. Good bathroom and kitchen and good aircon! Only negative thing was that it was a bit noisy outside fr the street, if you live on the lower level like i did

Road next to the property was too noisy that the host provide the ear plug to sleep. Worst part was parking and sound proof condition through the wall that I wouldnt reserve the room if I knew there is not parking space and the host recommended me the spot 20mins walking distance. I travel solo so have to carry all the baggages. Also during my stay, I could hear “everything” through walls and it was little too much compared to that of other hotels.

Location was perfect. We enjoyed the room and it was handy to have laundry. Staff was nice when we needed something and the luggage storage in the record shop was great!
