Positive: It was a well designed barn conversion. Very quiet location and not far from the location that we needed to be at.
Negative: At the location we were greeted with a unkept garden. Torn ratan furniture and dirty bench. Dead birds in the out building and dirty furniture seating so the patio seating area did not get used in the beautiful weather.
Not clean. Crums on the work surface and very dirty fridge. Cobwebs every where and dust.
Marked furniture hand prints on TV. Did not feel like it had a clean before our arrival. Think I left it in a better stat when we left.
Beds really uncomfortable and didn't feel safe sleeping on.
Bins not been emptied therefore flyes every where.

Immaculate. Everything as per the listing. Perfect for our family of 8.
Negative:
Only minor things but the WiFi was flakey and the addition of a hairdryer would have helped with my teenagers :)

The property was in a perfect location for us and close to our family. It was very clean and nicely furnished and had most things that we needed. The outdoor area was very peaceful to sit and relax.
Negative:
As we were travelling and the property was a little remote, it would have been nice to have some basic supplies (tea bags, sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, a few more toilet rolls). There was also no hair dryer which would have been helpful.

Positive:
Excellent space, the open plan ground floor worked with the six occupants. The enclosed garden worked well with our dogs and fun was had during our table tennis tournament.
Negative:
No mirrors in two of the bedrooms meaning all the girls had to invade one room to do hair and makeup.
Summary: Good fun and great surroundings.

The house is spacious and has a light airy feel. The open plan downstairs is very sociable. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the towels and bed linen were of decent quality. The house is in a lovely rural location and very quiet.
Negative:
The dining room table needs to be bigger. Even with just 6 of us it was tight. The shelves in the bathrooms are badly positioned making teeth-cleaning an exercise in contortion. The ensuites are a little cramped but nicely kitted out.
