“Check in was fine. The apartment was clean and large but very sparsely furnished with the cheapest furniture possible and the shower was tiny and poorly maintained and leaked all over the bathroom floor every time you used it. Also the Wi-Fi signal was poor. The apartment had 2 floors and the Wi-Fi only worked on half of the main floor where there’s only a very small desk and 1 chair. It didn’t work at the bed or at the couch or kitchen that was upstairs. ”

“I had to leave at A.M. and there was no way to do a check out to speak to anyone. Text like CALL and one would give me the combination to the lockbox to leave the key.”

“It was a nice place but I would highly recommend they equip the apartment with all the necessities. One wine glass, one coffee cup and no soap to name a a few. The reception staff were wonderful. ”

“The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location within walking distance to a beautiful bridge, a historic church, a lively square, and a nearby grocery store, which made it very convenient. My only concern was that the hotel was a bit difficult to find. Our GPS led us through very narrow streets, which made arrival a bit stressful. I would recommend that the hotel provide clear directions in advance, especially for locating the property and the parking garage. This would make the check-in experience much smoother for future guests.”
