Vila Duparchy Reviews
Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Friendly staff, owners are the sweetest. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are so well preserved, it seems a time travel to the past. Travelled with a baby and all went well. Such a delightful stay, highly recommend.
Negative: Nothing to complain. Just a kind suggestion, to have alternative milk for the breakfast (maybe small packages for occasional demands).
Summary: Delightful stay

We loved the house, with so much character. Beautiful and very large rooms and large beds. We stayed with our 3 - and 5 year old and they loved it too. The pool is great together with the garden, which makes it a perfect place to relax. The owners are extremely friendly and caring. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast in the morning. Thank you!
Summary: Unique stay, excellent service.

Charming old villa hidden in beautiful gardens. Walking distance to the pleasant town of Luso, close to Bucaco forest and about half hour drive to Coimbra. Wonderful place to stay if you like old world authentic atmosphere. Quiet, serene place to spend the night(s). Comfy beds with a quality bedding, beautiful antique furnishing. Our room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was on the premises. Breakfast was served in the pleasant sun room. Good selection of food and perfect omelette. Great experience!

Positive:
Charming little castle with so friendly owners! The room was very clean and the breakfast really good. We appreciated the willingness to provide us with an extra service like earlier check-in, olives and pickles for our wine in the evening or earlier breakfast. The place is beautiful and has a magic garden with a pool. We were really happy.
