Positive:
We stayed in a beautiful family-run villa just outside Arezzo, and our experience there was exceptional. Martina, our host, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us during our visit. She shared detailed local knowledge, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even helped us track down information connected to my husband’s ancestors — something we deeply appreciated.
The apartment itself, set within the family’s historic villa, was lovely and full of character. Every room felt cared for and authentic, with touches that made it feel both homely and special. The garden was another highlight: peaceful, beautifully kept.
Martina’s warmth and generosity made our stay truly memorable. A wonderful place to stay if you want comfort, charm, and a host who genuinely cares.
Summary: A wonderful stay near Arezzo — full of kindness, history, and charm

Positive:
Our stay was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything is charming, peaceful, authentic, and full of character. It truly felt like a special Tuscan experience.
Our host was incredibly warm, kind and welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The level of hospitality was exceptional and you can genuinely feel how much care is put into every detail.
Everything was perfect and this was one of those places you remember long after the trip is over. We are so grateful for this experience and already can’t wait to come back one day. Highly, highly recommended!

Positive:
The location is great; the part with the pool is absolutely gorgeous!
The host, Martina, is a nice and very very pleasant person! She give us all the information that we need, make for us a reservation to a restaurant nearby. By the way, the restaurant is across the street, Chez Vous is the name and there we eat the very best food in entire our stay in Tuscany! In Siena, Florence and other cities we eat only in restaurant for the tourists and the food was expensive and not so good...
We stay in Superior Villa , 4 adults. Very spacious, the kitchen well equipped, 3 bathrooms, nice terrace.
Negative:
I told the host what to look for and he thanked me for the suggestion, he found it useful, so I have nothing to complain about, maybe about the mattresses, we prefer them to be stronger, but this it depends on everyone's taste...
