“The location accessibility was fantastic, and the interior of the accommodation was generally satisfying as well. Since the cooking facilities were well-equipped, it was great to easily prepare simple meals. The bunk bed was provided, so the children really loved it, but during the use, a wood splinter got stuck in their hand, which caused a bit of trouble. This part seems to require improvement or caution. Also, it would be better if the access code could be provided in advance on the morning of the day. We were able to enter by contacting them directly beforehand. Although there were a few disappointing points, the overall location and convenience were outstanding, making it an accommodation I would love to visit again next time.”

“Our stay at Villa Elisa could not have been better! They communicate well, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect. There is a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel, and they provide you with a guest mobility pass to have unlimited use of public transportation while you are there. In addition, unlike many hotels, the room is very large and they provide everything you need in the kitchen. Our family has people in ages ranging from teenager to senior citizen, and we all agreed it was a perfect spot to stay. If we go back to Salzburg, we would 100% stay here again! ”

“They upgraded our stay and we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that could have accommodated 10 people. We had a comfortable, clean and excellent stay! Would recommend for value and easily walkable to everywhere you may want to visit in Salzburg! ”

“Stayed 3 nights here. The location was near the main train station and the nearby bus stop made transportation much easier. Super love the location. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, but do note there was no dishwasher. It was a small matter but would have been great to have one. The laundry service was useful. It was €5 for each washing and each drying. Had to be careful in following the instructions. Ended up paying an extra €5 and the wash did not start. Informed the reception and they apologised for it that the money cannot be refund. Good attitude even though we couldn’t get the money back. The reception lady was very helpful by giving us a map and recommending the walking route. Definitely will stay here again!”
