“Had a great stay in a quiet area and only steps from a small pebble beach. Restaurant around and a great one in the hotel. But the people may the difference, very helpful and service was great. They also have a small pool. I like that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, they have a shuttle that takes you and picks you up from the old town for the lowest price. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This location promised on 3 separate occasions to provide us transportation from the airport. They even sent a confirmation text on the morning of our trip. This was a very welcome service and was part of our decision-making and also because we didn't arrive till 12:30 AM in the evening. But when we got to the airport, there was no one there despite numerous attempts to contact the property. We were just given the runaround and ultimately had to pay for our own cab after wasting another 30 minutes in our long day of travel. There is absolutely no responsibility taken by the management and I couldn't give it a lower rating overall. And in 30 years of travel and using Expedia, I've never given a negative review so take that for what it's worth.”

“We loved out stay in Villa Lanterna. Its about 15 mins from the downtown/old town area of Dubrovnik which was perfect for us. They had a lovely pool to cool down in and was a two min walk away from a local beach. The front desk staff were so lovely. Igor carried both of our bags up for us which was impressive and so helpful after a day of traveling and was joking with us upon arrival. It is little things like that, that really show the character of the place you're staying at. The bed was big and comfy and the shower had great pressure and great hot water! Loved this little place!”

“Thank you to Maya and the staff for the wonderful stay. Lovely room overlooking the bay; half board provided excellent meals in the attached restaurant; next to a small beach that was excellent swimming, we went in every day. We were picked up and dropped off at the bus depot/ferry which was so easy for us; the shuttle into Dubrovnik was a bonus -- and the driver very friendly! We would highly recommend this property, and would love to come back!”
