Positive:
Great location with beautiful views of the coast and the mountains, lovely town of Scopello 3 mins car drive away (or even possible to walk to) to go out for dinner or have a drink, (bigger) supermarket 10 mins, Castellemare is 20 minute away. The house is super clean, also beach towels and beach chairs were available. The pool and garden around the house are great! Natale and Sara go out off their way to support you!
Negative:
Overall, very recommended, just some things to be aware off: This time a year (July/Aug), there are quite some wasps in the area. Nothing to do with the house, but something to be aware off.
The temperature of the shower is really hard to control and made it hard to have a warm shower.
Summary: Great location in Scopello, beautiful views, great pool!

Positive:
A beautiful, rustic villa in Scopello. Perfect for families. It is located above the historic center of Scopello (about a 10-15-minute walk). The villa has three bedrooms with air conditioning and a living room with a kitchen. The property features a beautiful swimming pool with sea views. The villa is a short drive from the famous Tonnara di Scopello and Zingaro National Park. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, privacy is well maintained and clean. It is a really great place to stay to relax and have good access to famous Scopello, Castelmare di Golfo, Trapani, Marsala, San Vito di Capo and Palermo. You can enjoy your holidays!
Negative:
Overall, the villa is really great and we recommend it. The only comments we could make are:
- a large number of wasps, which makes it difficult to eat breakfast or lunch on the terrace
- the tap water is not potable, so the owner provides water in containers
- electricity is billed separately
- access via a gravel road which makes your car dirty:)
- sometimes you have to constantly turn the gas heater on to get hot water, which can be annoying
Summary: Great villa with the view on the charming Scopello. We recommend to stay there!

Positive:
Villa Ninetta is a very relaxing place in the mountains, on top of Scopello, with a great view to the sea, the mountains and the valley. Every detail of the house is made with love and functionality, in a typical traditional Sicilian country style. The garden and the plants are wonderful, especially during Spring time. The host couple, Natale and Sara, have been extremely helpful and caring during the whole stay. They even came to the villa during the Easter holiday, helping to fix the flat tire of my car.
The location is a good starting point for trips into the western part of Sicily. But also the direct neighborhood, with the charming village Scopello and the Zingaro Nationalpark, are a very big plus. If you are looking for a relaxing spot, surrounded by great nature and traditional Sicilian flair, Villa Ninetta will be the right place for you.
Negative:
The pool was not open yet (opens mid of April). Next time we will come a bit close to summer to enjoy the pool, which is perfectly located on a small plateau below the house, from where you have a wonderful view to the sea.

Positive:
We had a great time at Villa Ninetta! Located at beautiful Scopello that we visited 4 years ago and just had to get back to. The house I comfortable with everything you need with a great sea view and nice surroundings. The pool area is magical and the kids had a great time. Stores are located nearby as are restaurants. You have great privacy and the area is most calm and relaxing!
Summary: Great place with great surroundings

Positive:
Lovely villa, great pool area, with views down to the sea on one side and backdrop of the mountains on the other. Ir was good to have the peace and tranquility but be able to walk into Scopello in the evening, albeit along a steep, dusty path, leave the heels behind! Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Owners are very kind, friendly and responsive.
Negative:
Like most of the places we stayed at, the property is up a steep mountain, on a dirt track. We did get used to the drive though and the views were worth it.
Summary: Beautiful pool/villa with amazing views - a relaxing stay with access to Scopello

Positive:
We had the most fantastic stay at Villa Ninetta. The hosts were welcoming, check-in at the property was simple and the villa and pool just amazing - perfect for us. We stayed 8 days (family of 4, with 2 young children 6/8). Beautifully situated, stunning views of mountains and coast - you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere however so close to the lovely and welcoming small town of Scopello.
Summary: Just fabulous - a wonderful Villa and location - we will be back!
