Positive:
The property was rustic but with character, and our host Vagelis went out of his way to be helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, lounges and beds comfortable. The location was also good, an easy stepping-off point for all activities on the Prespa Lakes. There were some very interesting sculptures around the property and bountiful birdlife.
Negative:
The shower was only hand-held, which makes it difficult to shower and wash your hair. There weren't any plates, mugs or cutlery in the kitchen, or any other kitchen appliances or cookware, however our host willingly supplied us with some plates and cutlery when asked.
Summary: Villa Platythea is rustic, in a great location for hiking and bird watching on the Prespa Lakes.
