“We recently stayed at this beautiful agriturismo guest house in Piedmont called Villa Sarmassa, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is stunning; newly built, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. The swimming pool and gardens create a serene and inviting atmosphere, and the entire property is securely fenced, offering a great sense of privacy and peace. The family who owns and operates the guest house are among the most gracious hosts we have ever met. Although we arrived later than planned and had not yet made dinner reservations, they immediately arranged a table for us at a lovely restaurant just a 10-minute drive away. Their kindness and hospitality truly made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, everything from the bed and pillows to the linens was first class. The next morning, we were treated to an exceptional breakfast served in the solarium overlooking the pool and gardens, an incredible setting to start the day. We were sorry to have stayed only one night, but we will definitely return on our next visit to the region. We were also told that we were the first non-European guests to stay at the property, which was an unexpected honor. A heartfelt thank-you to our hosts for creating such a memorable experience. This agriturismo is a true gem in the heart of Piedmont.”
