Villa serenity | House in Sipiada

Positive: Very beautiful place, big and clean. There was everything we needed in the house, and the owners were always there to make sure we have everything we need.

Positive: Our wonderful stay in Evia, more precisely at Villa SERENETY in Kimi, began at the end of June, we arrived at this place as if taken from a story at a rather late hour, at the location we were greeted by the two hosts Maria and Michael, two special people who made us feel at home. They presented the villa to us at length, they gave us all the information with the kindness of a parent who is patient and answers every question of their child. From the first moment they made a very good impression on us, in addition they also awaited us with delicious culinary preparations, ice cream and a delicious cake made by Mrs. Maria, a perfect master chef. The next day we truly discovered this beautiful villa as if it had been designed by a great architect, everything is tastefully decorated, very nicely furnished, with a noble but at the same time lively, warm and welcoming air, you can feel the imprint left by these special hosts. Nothing is accidental, everything is beautifully interpreted in the smallest detail. Wonderful, comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning in every room, exemplary cleanliness, a spacious, bright, welcoming, special living room. Large terraces where you can feel every morning like at a palace. A breathtaking view with a garden where palm trees each have their own story, the oleander flowers are of such beauty and have a fragrance that invites you to a walk in the evening, the pool is very beautiful, the children splashed around with love and joy. The sea is also close, you feel its presence from every corner of the terrace, in the evening or in the middle of the morning. Every morning at Vila SERENETY has a sweet or salty surprise made by the skillful hands of Mrs. Maria. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful moments spent in this dream place, you are special, kind, warm and welcoming. If you want an unforgettable vacation, it is the best choice. With love, we will come back.

Positive: We had a wonderful experience, staying at the Villa Serenity with Maria and Michael. We were 3 adults, and 6 children. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything one might need. The kids even had a swing set and a pool in the yard. :) The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and they had lots of extra items which we really appreciated (i.e., extra pillows, blankets, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and so on…). We truly enjoyed the outstanding service and hospitality provided by Maria and Michael. She provided a great welcome with food and drinks, made us dinner and breakfast, kept the refrigerator stocked with the most amazing traditional foods, and gave us very helpful advice about the most amazing beaches in that area, as well as things to do. Everything they recommended was excellent. The friendly support was like a bed and breakfast, but with a lot more privacy. I was also impressed by the way Maria communicated by email, and phone whenever we needed something. The arrival instructions were very detailed and helpful, and they were sent a month ahead. Everything was handled with professionalism and friendliness. We had a terrific vacation due in large part to how well this rental worked out. We highly recommend it.

Positive: The accommodation is lovely. Every detail has been thought of. It has everything you need, spacious, luxurious design, the barbecue is great, there are all kinds of appliances. The views from the terraces are incredible, you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunrise in the sea. The owners are wonderful people with a special attitude towards each guest. So I had to be late and we arrived at night, they were waiting for us smiling, Maria had prepared an amazing, warm dinner....I felt important

Negative: Everything is wonderful
