The place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Airbnb is not a hotel and this is our personal home, so please clean up after yourself. Cleaning fee is only including bed sheets, floor, carpet, and all surface cleaning. Please clean all used dishes, cups, cookware, dinnerware, appliances, coffee maker, etc. and put back the original place as you found it; otherwise, extra cleaning fee may apply.
Please bag your trash and tie securely then placing in Black plastic bin which is located in the garage of the premises; otherwise, extra cleaning fee may apply.
Please place the furniture as you found it; otherwise, $40 extra labor charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please turn off all lights, air-condition, and appliances before leaving the premises.
Please close and lock all windows, doors, and garage door before leaving the premises.
The security deposit will be deducted for any damages or missing items.
If there is deep cleaning service needed because of guests, a $99 charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
No indoor furniture allowed outdoors.
No fireworks, fire, candles inside the premises.
No moving electrical wire from inside the house to the pool area. Pool not heated

We do not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out since we need to proceed cleaning in a timely manner.
