“This was a beautiful property in a great location. My only concern was not receiving fresh towels when we followed the instructions and the trash was not emptied each day. Other wise, Iut was great!”

“Luka, our host, was phenomenal. Not only was I able to get an early check in, but he was also excellent with recommendations and where my friend could park her car for free. Beyond this, the room was wonderful, great location while also being quiet enough away from everything. I would 100% stay here again in the future. Not to be that person, but I travel a lot and this is one of my favorite experiences so don’t pass this up!”

“Fantastic position and wonderful help from Luka...he always answered quickly and was incredibly helpful. I'm quite sensitive in terms if allegies and this place was clean! The bed was too firm for our taste, but otherwise this place ticked ALL the boxes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!”

“The place was perfect for a short stay, bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels including beach towels. Tea and coffee also available, plus a large bathroom. Perfect for what we needed. Luka the host also allowed us to check in a early which was so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Vivaldi”

“Room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, and had all the amenities you need. Just as pictured. Please note that the 120 steps from the center of old town can be brutal. Walking up and down those stairs, twice a day, will definitely keep you in shape. You will have stairs wherever you choose to stay in old town though. ”

“Beautiful room, great location in old town, quiet and comfortable. Very clean room with wonderful appointments. The host is very friendly and attentive. A perfect base for a few days in Dubrovnik. Highly recommended ”

“Situated in the Old City just a short walk from Buza Gate, the apartment was extremely well presented and the host was very quick to respond to our requests. The street is quiet but within walking distance (126 steps to be exact!) from the main thoroughfare and several excellent restaurants. We particularly liked the style/ cleanliness of the apartment and the excellent coffee machine.”
